The Good & the Bad - what did you like best? What least?

In general my experience was really good. in my case GLS had so much understanding for the situation thats going on in my country and helped keep going with it.

On the other hand friends of mine weren't so lucky, the asked for help with visa issues and they couldn't get this from GLS, witch was very disappointing for them because they felt like GLS somehow would be the link to german way of life, in many cases is the only german institution we as foreigners have access to.

I really like the atmosphere in GLS, its a serious school where you can definitely see results with what you are paying for a language course. But still not being too serious to make fell uncomfortable like you can not be yourself.

Your recommendations for other students

Even though GLS gives you all the tools so that you can learn good german (as was my case) this is nothing if you don't do your own work. I would say its a 50/50 effort: going to class and paying attention in it, and also the work you do at home.

Practice! not only speaking but writing. write your diary in german or something :)
