Since when do you work with GLS? How did it start?

We have been working with GLS since 2006. It started after a workshop.

Idealist is a specialist in the field of language travel and it represents more than 300 language schools in 13 countries including the UK, USA, Australia, Canada, Malta, Ireland, South Africa, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Austria and Switzerland. Our agency was established in 1999 and is located in Kadikoy, which is the commercial centre of the Asian side of Istanbul. Our mission is to deliver tailor made education services to students who wish to study abroad and we always aim at the highest standards of service with our student oriented approach.

We offer Language Courses, Certificate and Diploma Programs, Exam Preparation Courses, Executive Courses and Summer Schools for our clients who are planning to study abroad. Our major services for our clients are; providing free education counseling services, assisting them with visa procedures as well as pre-departure orientations and organizing travel arrangements.

We are a committed team to provide guidance for Turkish students who wish to study abroad and to help them in making the best choice by understanding their specific needs. All of our educational consultants have expertise in language travel and have personally visited a very wide range of language and summer schools throughout the world. They all hold bachelor’s degree and they have studied and lived abroad.

Why do your clients book Berlin (and not other places in Germany)?

Berlin is the most popular city for Turkish students especially for those want to study at university in Germany.

Your impression of Berlin, especially the GLS district Prenzlauer Berg?

Berlin is a big and modern city. Transportation is very well organised. Prenzlauer Berg has a lot of cafés, restaurants, shops.

What do you like/dislike about GLS?

GLS is one of the best schools in Germany, they have a huge campus with onsite accommodation facilities. The feedback from our students have been always very positive.
