Agents who work with us

Agency: CDC Intertraining
Name: Natalia Chetchueva
From: Moscow, Russia
Website: www.cdc-msk.ru
?Since when do you work with GLS? How did it start?
!Since 2003.
?Please describe your agency
!CDC is at the same time a language school in Moscow and an agent for various language courses abroad. Some of our clients enjoy the possibility to combine a language course in Moscow with a language vacation abroad.
?Why do your clients book Berlin (and not other places in Germany)?
!They do book all possible cities and places and not only in Germany. Why would they go to Berlin? A lively, busy, green and fascinating place as Berlin is, the capital of Germany has always attracted our clients. Besides there are historical and business connections between Russia (Moscow) and Berlin. The rest of the Berliner Wall, Museums, Exhibitions - one finds anything he/she is interested in. In the summertime the city offers fantastic opportunities for going swimming or hiking. Some of the clients love Berlin just because I do too!
?What was the last time you met GLS staff? On a fair, a IALC roadshow...?
!I am happy to say that our relationship to GLS staff is being good and friendly. We really try to use every single opportunity to meet and discuss the latest news and new programmes - not only on fairs, or during famtrips. Also meeting each other during private trips has become a good tradition of our cooperation - usually in Berlin and sometimes even in Moscow.
?Did you ever attend one of the GLS receptions after the Berlin workshop in November?
!I personally not yet, but my colleagues have. I am in the anticipation to attend it next time.
?Your impression of Berlin, especially the GLS district Prenzlauer Berg?
!A very nice district of Berlin - a very friendly and really international one. If you have once been there - you will never say, Berlin is boring.
?What do you like/dislike about GLS?
!The most popular and the most important programmes of GLS are Summercamps. It goes without saying, that the quality of lessons is sufficient. The most important thing about all the camps of GLS - is a good and well-balanced mixture of leisure activities and German. Both kids and teens really enjoy going there over and over again. They come back so happy and motivated to continue learning German - that I am sometimes sorry I am too old for these programmes:))
